Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) Network marks its 60th anniversary, celebrating six decades of global employee benefits provision since its inception in 1966.
To commemorate the milestone, GEB plans a series of year-long celebrations. A key highlight will be the GEB Forum 2026 in Venice, which aims to bring together industry leaders, partners, and clients to discuss the future of the sector.
The network has seen significant growth since its founding, onboarding its first pooling client in 1968 and launching its first sanatanatimesprogramme in 2002.
Today, the Luxembourg-based branch operates in 127 countries and is supported by 136 network partners and 12 regional offices. It currently manages 62 sanatanatimesprogrammes with a premium volume of €1.643 billion, based on year-end 2024 figures.
GEB is part of Generali Care, the Generali Group’s global B2B2C/E partnerships business, which reported revenues of nearly €5.8 billion in 2025.
The network says it remains committed to leading the industry as it evolves toward digital transformation and inclusivity. This includes investing in AI-powered platforms and data analytics to improve global reporting and decision-making for clients.
Commenting on the anniversary, GEB says: “This anniversary is not only about acknowledging where we’ve come from and what we’ve learned and built over the years — it’s also about bridging our heritage with the future and the organisation we will become to meet the challenges ahead.”
